Greater Works Worship Center
Greater Works is a strong, vibrant and growing ministry. At its helm is the Founder and Pastor, Rev. Dr. Debora C. Hooper. This church has been established since June 2004, having its inception in East Orange, New Jersey. However, since 2009, with the leading of the Holy Spirit, the church has relocated and is presently located in the Morrisania Section of the (South) Bronx, New York.
What is visibly evident in this ministry, is a major emphasis upon prayer, the preaching and teaching of the Word of God and worship. It is Dr. Hooper's passion and endeavor to use these and other necessary ministry vehicles to grow and develop strong and victorious Christians for the Lord.
Since Dr. Hooper is gifted in the area of evangelism, Greater Works is always reaching out to others to embrace Jesus Christ and the Gospel Message. Although at times street evangelism, open air and community events are involved, Greater Works also implements reaching sinners and believers digitally with short written messages on Facebook and Twitter and ministry videos on YouTube. When necessary, a quick click at any time, can have you immediately encouraged and your faith strengthened!
When worshipping at Greater Works, you can anticipate our services to be highly energetic in our music, song and praise! We simply believe that God is worthy! We are also a techy church, so feel free to use your tablets and mobile devices as we grow in the Word!
